Can I see a preview of my artwork before it is shipped?
Absolutely. We offer a digital proofing process for all custom orders. You will receive an email to review the artwork and can request unlimited revisions to ensure it is perfect.
What happens if my frame arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will ship a replacement free of charge immediately.
